Change has globally become a universal experience in 2020. Technically minded professionals often have the hardest time moving from "me" to "we" but the experiences of 2020 have brought a lens on community and change into a new prominence. Please join fellow Tufts lawyers Amii Barnard-Bahn, J89, and Ken Priore, A91, as they discuss how change can impact career journey, leadership, prioritization and decision making and how to shift mindset to manage change more effectively.
Amii and Ken will engage in a 30 minute fireside chat on their own observations and experience with managing change throughout their legal careers. This will be followed by Q&A session and an opportunity for members of the Tufts community to share their own experiences. This event is geared towards Tufts lawyers/law students but is open to all students, alumni, parents and friends.
Topics will include: Change management, leadership during COVID, challenges of in-house counsel, solutions to resolving common issues, assessing your career in a time of uncertainty, and how to strategically focus during your self-assessments.
This event is sponsored by Tufts Lawyers Association (TLA) West Coast. If you would like to get more involved with TLA West Coast please contact Ken Priore at kpriore@box.com
