Registrants will receive the Zoom link via email in advance of the webinar.
Brian Schaffner, the inaugural Newhouse Professor of Civic Studies in the Department of Political Science at Tufts University and Tisch College, is the co-Principal Investigator for the Cooperative Election Study, the largest academic survey of the American public and a core resource for academic researchers and the news media seeking to understand public opinion and American elections.
Over the course of the evening, viewers will be pushed beyond the common media narrative of “two Americas” — red rural counties and blue urban islands — to highlight a far more complicated reality: a series of underlying traits that define how people vote and ultimately decide elections.
